- Turning on air conditioning in the summer and heat on in the winter prior to your arrival.
- Turning either off after you leave.
- Maid service (cleaning linens and towels); beds remade for next visit.
- Wash dishes and put them away.
- Take out trash.
- Light cleanup of baths, kitchens and living rooms.
- Pick up and store water toys, hoses and yard tools.
- Fall leaf cleanup and disposal.
- Winterize plumbing (water shut off when necessary).
- Weekly exterior/Interior inspections of home (additional emergency inspections following storms).
- We can conduct maintenance/repairs on your property when necessary (upon written authority by the owner).
- Up to two emergency placements of heating units on non-winterized craft per year as needed.
